Fantastic customer service. However it is the worst fuzzies ever in terms of just relaxing and having a drink. I've been to 4 different locations, most of them are great to relax and have a marg. This one has extremely bright lighting, it constantly looks like 2am call at a bar. The whole point of a fuzzies is to come in watch some sports, eat tacos and grab a beer or something and just decompress for a while. As I said when I started the review the service is good and I'm sure it's a great place for lunch. If they want to increase sales they would model it after the Longmont CO location, and make it more a spot to chill out at.

I took a break from this place, gave them some time to get it together and prove to me that they listen and CARE about their reviews. Fuzzy's has been my jam in other cities for a long time. Nac Fuzzy's has ruined any trust I had in this company.

First off, the RBF lady behind the counter who took our order (young, short, long dark hair) rudely snapped that they don't offer first responder/military discounts. Yeah - that's a big fat lie, ya bum. As in she didn't even ask a coworker when I told her the 8 other times we've tried this place, we've gotten one.

The drink station did seem cleaner, but the drink dispenser was still super sticky and yet again - no tongs to be found to pick up a lemon.

This place wasn't even that busy (about 4 tables inside and 2-3 outside). Our food still took 25 minutes and that was only after we went up to the counter and asked for it only to see it sitting in the window. Our table buzzer never went off. The cheese on a bean and cheese taco was cold and not melted at. all. Their shrimp tacos were loaded with way too much lettuce for the amount of shrimp you get and still had their sour/ past their prime taste. Giant burrito was stuck to the wrapper. Lost half the tortilla because it was stuck all around like it had been sitting cooking into the wrapper.

Then - oh good - then I went into the women's restroom. The smell of port-O-potty slapped my nostrils with the most atrocious fermenting pee smell I have EVER smelled in my life. The toilet itself was covered in hair and grime like no one had made an effort to clean since 2008. I'll pee damn near anywhere, but as a restaurant establishment?! I expect so much better.

It is so unfortunate I have to write another negative review for this place. I only gave this place another shot because the boyfriend had been begging me to try again and we both agreed afterwards- never again. I don't even know that you could offer me a free meal to come back.

Quick stop in on my way through town during a road trip. Super nice people behind the counter, quick time from ordering to eating, the tacos were very tasty (one fish, one shrimp), and the price can't be beat. I really wanted to eat more but hate feeling full while trying to drive long distances. But I could imagine spending an afternoon here to watch games and graze. Come check it out!

Only downside to this visit was the soda machine. It's one of those that dispenses whatever you want from one device. My root beer tasted like Dr. Pepper.

I was excited to go here. The decor and menu looked cool and modern, and the staff was nice. However, the food was less than satisfactory. I got the chicken fajita quesadilla and my husband got the brisket nachos; they were both bland. We also got queso and tortilla chips and they had more flavor than my meal because the chips were sprinkled with some sort of seasoning which I'd never seen done before, and it was pretty good. The chicken and brisket wasn't good and my quesadilla was pretty skimpy. But they did have a coke machine! I probably wouldn't go back.
